We're a small, hands-on decor team that has spent five years learning exactly how to make a room feel like an occasion.
Our Story
It started with one arch and a borrowed hand pump
In 2019 we decorated a friend's daughter's birthday in Sector 45 as a favour. Three neighbours asked for the same setup that month. By the end of the year we had a workshop, a van, and a very long list of theme ideas.
Today Gurgaon Balloon Decoration is a full event-styling studio serving Gurgaon and Delhi NCR — but we still run it the way we did then. Every enquiry is answered by a person, every design is drawn for your specific room, and someone from the design team is on site when the decor goes up.
Because a celebration only happens once.

Great decor in Gurgaon shouldn't mean chasing vendors, guessing at prices or worrying whether anyone will turn up on time. We built this studio to remove all three.

How we got here
- 2019
The first arch
Started out decorating friends' birthdays across Sector 45 with a car boot full of balloons and a hand pump.
- 2021
A real studio
Moved into a dedicated workshop in Gurugram, added props, backdrops and a small full-time setup crew.

Weddings & corporates
Expanded into sangeet stages, reception backdrops and brand-colour installations for offices in Cyber City.
