Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
Three to four days is comfortable for most home setups, and two weeks for weddings or large corporate events. That said, we do take same-day and midnight bookings whenever a crew is free — call and ask.
Do you charge extra for travel within Gurgaon?
No. Setup and transport within Gurugram are included in every package. Beyond a 25 km radius (Delhi, Noida, Faridabad) a small travel charge applies, quoted upfront.
How long does a setup take?
A home birthday setup takes 1.5–3 hours. Wedding stages and large installations take 4–8 hours, so we usually start the previous evening or early morning.
Do you take down the decor afterwards?
Yes — takedown and disposal are included for venue bookings. For home setups we'll collect any rented props the next day at a time you choose.
